Nå i mai markerer jeg 30 år som smykkekunstner og designer. Mitt firma ble etablert. Når jeg ser tilbake, handler det ikke bare om årene som har gått, men om alt jeg har fått utforske, lære og forme underveis. Smykkene har vært en måte å være i verden på – min egen plass i den. Jeg er utdannet fra Gullsmedlinjen og Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo, Institutt for metall. Jeg er født i Kristiansund, og det er også her jeg i dag har verksted og atelier. In March I traveled to Los Angeles to visit my colleague Cynthia Bach and at the same time got a little taste of the Oscar ceremony.
